Work Integrated Learning
In order to complete your National Diploma or National N Diploma, Work Integrated Learning (WIL) is required. However, local industry is in many cases not equipped to conduct successful WIL programmes, which leads to many University of Technology (UoT) and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) students never obtaining their qualification.
To address this challenge, Resolution Circle’s tried-and-tested Work Integrated Learning programmes are designed to allow participants to complete the practical WIL component of their studies, paving a clear dedicated path to obtaining a National Technical Diploma qualification.
The WIL programmes consist of a P1 and a P2 phase for UoT students, with an added on-the-job component for TVET students. These programmes are adapted to the requirements of UoT and TVET qualifications.
