Resolution Circle is a technical training provider with a wide range of programmes designed to address the skills required in the rapidly developing technical environment. We are committed to ensure our trainees and corporate clients are equipped with a keen mindset, skillset and knowledge to harness all the opportunities emerging from the fourth industrial revolution. Background
Resolution Circle was founded in 2012 by the University of Johannesburg after it was identified that many a engineering diploma student was unable to acquire work-integrated learning opportunities to complete their qualification. Bridging the gap between academics and the commercial world was another main drive. The company focussed on boosting technical start-ups, however, always incorporating our WIL interns in such solutions. We subsequently changed our focus purely on skills development, however, retaining technical services to allow for real-world experience to our participants and interns.
We are committed to be a one-stop-shop and to be your partner in future-proofing your business and career.
Track Record
We have provided P1 and P2 work-integrated learning (WIL) to more than 2000 undergraduate National Diploma Engineering students from 6 Universities of Technology over the last 7 years. We have been highly successful in the training of students and between 200 and 300 interns complete the training programme per year. With each intake, we provide holistic professional development, including technical skills to work readiness.
Resolution Circle recently added WIL for TVET National N Diploma students to our offerings and we already have hundreds of participants in the programme nationwide.
Over the past 4 years, we have upskilled & reskilled Technical High School Teachers from the Gauteng Department of Education, Limpopo Department of Education, and North-West Department of Education with a specific focus on technical subjects including Boilermaking, Electrical, Electronics and Fitting & Turning.
We are involved with various wide scope custom programmes such as the Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator (Installation, Repair and Maintenance Programme), the Gauteng Department of Infrastructure Development EPWP programme and various other programmes in collaboration with the University of Johannesburg.
We have recently embarked on training 300 TVET students from various colleges in skills related to PLC, Arduino, PV Solar and Optic Fibre.
Our SLP department has trained hundreds of professionals in Solar PV, Optic Fibre, IoT, Robotics and more.
