Workplace Approval

Acquiring workplace approval for on-the-job WIL programmes or apprenticeships comes with its own set of uncertainties. Resolution Circle has a history of assisting clients to become workplace approved, enabling you to gain more value from your employees during training programmes. You can also host other companies’ employees or students, providing you with the benefit of additional hands, while providing essential priceless experience to them.

Host Employers

If you do not want to be a host employer, however, require your employees to be trained or want to sponsor someone, then we’ll do our best to find you a host employer. Resolution Circle can also host students and if we have a spot available, then we have a simple solution without having to reach out to our friends in industry. If we play the host, we involve students with our Technical Services.

Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) Points

Acquiring BEE points can be an expensive exercise with various uncertainties arising. Exactly how many points do I get for social development, enterprise development, skills development or special solutions like the YES Programme? What is the value of a BEE point? Without knowing, it is difficult to allocate hard-earned money to this opaque can of worms.

Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) & Annual Training Report (ATR)

Did you know that you can claim a significant proportion of your skills levy back by submitting applications for Mandatory- and Discretionary Grants to your respective SETA? We can help you overcome this often cumbersome task by assisting with the applications, and providing you with a broad range of training solutions that span the NQF spectrum. 

Resolution Circle can further assist during a process of determining your skills shortages, which not only helps identify gaps in your business but enables you to be compliant by submitting your WSP annually to your SETA. Do bear in mind that your WSP and ATR are essential to the Skills Development pillar on your BEE scorecard.

Technical Services

Resolution Circle has a history of incorporating training with real-world experience to provide actual work-integrated learning. The by-product of this is that we provide high-quality electronic manufacturing and building maintenance services. We have years of experience in the manufacturing of wireless telecommunications equipment and other electronic products. This is done with our MyData printing, pick & place & curing equipment, combined with a hand soldering, programming and testing line – all while maintaining strict IPC ESD standards.

We keep a database of graduates, who have completed our training programmes. If you have a skills shortage, we may have the talent you require a phone call away.

Curriculum Development

Technological risk in business is a reality to all modern organisations, and finding the balance between early adoption and relevance is ever more complex. A further reality is that training programmes, in general, do not develop at the rate required by technological advances. By the time you have completed training on one model of equipment, in many cases, it is outdated. 

Apart from technological advances, each business has its own way of doing things and encounters different challenges, in line with the combination of activities being conducted in it, therefore an off-the-shelf training solution is not always the answer.
