What will be required from a Host the Future partner

As a host partner your company will need to
  • Ensure that its facilities can provide at least 60% to 80% of the logbook requirements
  • Ensure that all learners are inducted on the company’s health and safety protocols and company procedures
  • Allocate internal REDSEAL certified mentors to supervise, monitor and evaluate learners
  • Provide Resolution Circle and funder personal access to learners for purposes of monitoring
  • Sign off on learner’s timesheets and student logbook (on completion of an activity)
  • Provide documentation related to any injury (on duty) or health incident including COVID status

What you will need, to qualify as a Host the Future partner

To join, your company needs to
  • Have certified REDSEAL mentors
  • Be workplace approved
    Allow site verification to be conducted
  • Host 60% to 80% of the logbook requirements
    Commit to a host period of 12 – 18 months
